2nd July 2021: Seabird Boat Trip – Durlston Country Park 

Join the Durlston Rangers for an evening cruise from Swanage Pier along Purbeck’s beautiful Jurassic Coast, spotting seabird colonies such as Puffins,Guillemots, Kittiwakes, Peregrine Falcons and more!

 

2nd – 4th July 2021: Bournemouth Reggae Weekender

This is a 1st Reggae in Park event in Bournemouth, a unique occasion to celebrate the diverse African-Caribbean culture and Reggae music.  The event will be held in Kings Park with ease of access for first-class entertainment within the catchment.

 

3rd – 4th July 2021:  Bournemouth Pier to Pier Swim

Take part on Saturday or Sunday and swim 1.4 miles between Bournemouth and Boscombe Piers in one of Europe’s biggest charity swimming events. 

 

3rd July 2021:  Pop-Up Farmers’ Market 

Following the success of Dorset Food and Drink’s COVID-Secure pop-up markets in 2020, The Tank Museum are proud to be hosting Dorset Food and Drink and Dorset Farmers Market for a monthly pop-up market. Purchase local produce, fresh from Dorset’s best suppliers.

 

18th July 2021: Giant Flea Market – Bath and West Showground

The Giant Flea Market is one of the most popular events held at the Bath and West Showground.  There are over 250 inside and outside stalls, selling a plethora of items from: retro-furniture; vintage clothing; garden statuary; arts & crafts; jewellery; books; toys; sweets; clothes; music; fabrics and more.  A licensed restaurant, café, food court and on-site banking facilities all help to make this a great day out for all of the family.

 

24th – 31st July 2021:  Lyme Regis Lifeboat Week

Lyme Regis Lifeboat Week is a week full of fun, from a teddy bears picnic, pavement art to a bathtub race. There will be various displays, music evenings, fireworks, Paras Red Devils Parachute Team display and duck race.  Lyme Regis Lifeboat Week certainly has something for everyone!

 

30th July 2021: Fish and Chip Cruise from Swanage Pier

Enjoy an early evening boat trip with City Cruises to Poole, with fish and chips served at Poole before heading back to Swanage. Offering you vast panoramas of sky, sea, and sand as you pass Old Harry Rocks, Studland Bay, Sandbanks and into Europe’s Largest natural harbour.

 

30th – 31st July 2021: Farmfest Festival 

Set to a sumptuous Somerset backdrop, Farmfest’s pocket-sized field packs in seven music stages to build a swirling musical orchestra, with performances from some of the finest emerging and established left-of-mainstream artists.  From early morning workouts to little ones’ workshops, brilliantly blended beats to riotous jumbles of jazz and brass-based bonanzas, comedy and poetry – or just a touch of the people’s spirited madness – there’s something for everyone.
